2009-2010 Service Unit Events:
 
New Member Night-Tuesday September 22, 2009 at 7:00pm at Cedar Creek Community School 


Juliette Birthday Celebration/Rededication-
On Saturday October 24th, 2009 Troop 11794 is hosting a Birthday Party for Juliette Low and you are invited.  There will be food, games, music, and card making.  Hope to see you there!



Junior Girl Event-On Saturday Novermber 14th, 2009 Juniors can enjoy a fun afternoon learning to bead a creative necklace, bracelet or earrings of their choice.  Afterward you can relax and get your nails painted, watch a movie, and enjoy a nice snack.


Secret Shopper Sale- On December 5th, 2009 set up a booth and help children shop for their families in the “Santa Shop” in the Choir Room outside the Lions “Breakfast with Santa.


Daisy/Brownie Event-(Coordinator: Mary & Jodi & Connie) On Friday December 11th, 2009 Daisys and Brownies can spend a fun, out of the ordinary, night doing Summer activities in Winter. 


Cadette/Senior Event-January 29th-31st, 2010 at Camp Rolling Ridges Hudson, WI  older girl troops can enjoy a Uniquely Me weekend geared to help girls develop skills needed to face lifes challenges.  Space is limited (Coordinator: Jullia Miller)


Cookie Rally-Friday January 8th, 2010 bring your FAMILY to taste the new cookie and learn about the cookie sales this year.  There will be games and crafts as well.


Swimming Party-On January 16th, 2010 enjoy a fun exclusive night at Shoreview.  There will be swimming and open gym.  BRING A FRIEND TOO!


Thinking Day- On Monday February 22nd, 2010 you can learn about other countries, try some of their authentic appetizers, and much much more.

Me & My Gal- On Saturday February 20th, 2010 take you girl scout to galze a pottery item.  Both you and your scout can glaze something or you can just help your scout.  Get creative and have a fun afternoon!


Encampment- This years Encampment theme is "What if I Couldn't."  On March 12th-14th, 2010 you can have an exciting weekend experiancing some of the challenges that people with special needs go through.

Family Partnership/Pinewood Derby-April A FAMILY EVENT! On Saturday April 10, 2010 at Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Francis.  The cost will be $15 for 1 car kit, a meal at the event, awards, and participation patch (additional kits can be purchased on the side).  Additional conccessions will be at the event as well.  (There will be 2 open classes – under 18 and over 18)         Car Kit Pick-up and Registration: March 8th and 10th from 6-7 pm at St. Francis Middle school And at Encampment  Please try to make these pick-up/registration dates.  Special arrangements can be made if these dates just cannot be made.  (Contact Jesse Radzwill – 763-753-7768 for arrangements)  We will need some volunteer help for set-up (Friday night) and tear down (following the event)

Brownie Craft Sampler Day-
Girl Scout troop 13023 is hosting a craft day where Brownies and 1st grade Daisy's are welcomed to earn the Craft Sampler Try-It

Bridging- On Friday May 21, 2010 @ 7:00pm in the St. Francis High School Performing Arts Center this years bridging will take place.  If your troop is bridging this year and wants to participate please contact a Team member or e-mail rumrivergs@gmail.com  (This events still needs a coordinator)


Parade- June/July (Coordinator: Colleen & Jessie-St. Francis Parade) (needs Coordinator-East Bethel Parade)
